"On One Stalk" is a video installation that places the audience between two tank barrels. The first is located in front of a fountain at the entrance to the city of Nahariya and was captured by the Israeli army during the 1982 Lebanon War. The second is located in the sea near Sidon, Lebanon and was placed there by environmental activists to create an artificial reef. The artist sees the positioning of the cannons as a romantic gesture, with the soundtrack and photography emphasizing the idea of the machines being filled and emptied of air to create a charged and lively relationship.
